Privacy policy

This policy explains how ShopGoWhere handles personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

  • Newsletter and alerts: your email address, the malls you choose to follow, the page you signed up on, your approximate country, and the time and wording of your consent.
  • Contact form: the name, email and message you send us.
  • Reviews and suggested updates: your name, email and what you send us.
  • Business listing updates: the name, email, phone and role you give us, so we can reply about your listing.
  • Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.

How we use it

We use your email only to send what you signed up for: the monthly round-up and alerts for malls you follow. We use contact form details only to reply to you. We do not sell your personal data.

Withdrawing consent

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us to unsubscribe, ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.

Storage and retention

Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We keep it while you're subscribed. After you unsubscribe we keep only a record of the unsubscribe, so we never email you again by mistake.
